  4. I am not a morning person too but I don't have a choice I need to get up of the bed to prepare for my kids and husband's breakfast and getting a complete hours of sleeps and an exercise it will help to be more productive the whole day.

  9. I would also add do you eat morning sort of intention setting and gratitude exercise. Physical exercise of course is important every day and I try to do some in the morning and that helps but sitting intentions and doing some gratitude exercises in the morning also goes a long way for me.
