Finding a Strapless Bra That Fits

Need a Strapless Bra for That Perfect Holiday Dress

But, you dread the thought of finding a bra to wear that won’t end up at your waist or make you look like a uniboob?

Well here’s some Beauty Bits for you!

  • Go smaller. Yes, I said smaller! Strapless bras have a way of hanging how they like. First, they have no shoulder support to hold you up. Because of this, they need to be well fitting, so you don’t sag (or, worse, it end up around your ankles...both you and the bra).
  • Try a bunch on before purchasing:  This seems like a “duh” statement, but there are many clients I’ve dealt with, that just grab their size without even trying it on.  Bras are just like clothes, you may wear a slightly different size depending on the type or brand of bra, so stock up for your trip to the fitting room.
  • No bandeau bras!  This is a sure cause for the extra  roll, all the way from the front to the back. As more times than not, it can cut into your upper bust & back area. This is a roll you don't want to be on!
  • Look for an under-wire strapless bra that has a wide band and a defined space between the cups, as this will help to separate your breasts.
  • Once you find a bra that works, get more than one. One nude, one black,or maybe even red for your Valentine.
  • Lastly, Make sure to write down the type of bra, size, and where it was purchased.

  1. Uniboob, too funny! But I've been there. Thanks for the tips, especially the going smaller, I never tried that one.
